Your welcome to the College will be tailored to you and range from informal networking attendance at our termly new Staff Welcome Event. We want you to feel part of our community from day one and when you join us, you will receive everything you need to make the transition to your new role as easy as possible.
For all colleagues we provide excellent CPD through a range of opportunities, including:
- Hosting three all college development days a year.
- Full funding to attain contractual further qualifications, e.g. teacher training and assessor qualifications.
- Upskilling through apprenticeships and other funded CPD.
- Access to free College courses we run to improve your personal and professional CPD.
- In House Leadership and management training covering what you need to know here.
- Coaching and mentoring Management Training.
- Our sparkling Summerfest celebration in July each year including our annual recognition awards.
- Support to attend external CPD conferences and events.
- An annual person-centred appraisal to discuss your personal CPD requirements and career aspirations.
- Access to LinkedIn Learning providing online courses and podcasts for both personal and professional development.
