 This Apprenticeship Standard will acquire a versatile skill set for success in fitted interiors installation.

You will learn:

• How to master materials and tools
• Perfecting installation techniques in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and offices
• Focus on health and safety, customer service, and effective problem-solving
• The programme emphasises compliance with industry regulations, teamwork, project management, and a commitment to continuous improvement
•  Evolving industry standards

To join this course, you must have at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 3 or above including English Language and Maths, or to have completed an alternative full Level 2 course with Level 1 Functional Skills.

You must be employed or to have an offer of employment with an appropriate employer.

You must have a strong commitment to working with your employer and College assessor and an excellent record of attendance at school or college.

You must also demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm, a guarantee to succeed and prepare effectively for employment.

This apprenticeship is delivered fully in the workplace supporting the development of the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours for the standard.

Where gaps are identified that can not be taught in the workplace, the apprentice can come in to college to join another apprentice group to learn those skills.

For those students that require upskill in English and/ or Maths there will be one week blocks of in college delivery for this element.

This apprenticeship is delivered over 18 months with a requirement of End point assessment which includes an Online test, In the workplace observation and professional discussion.

Completion of the Fitted Interiors Installer Apprenticeship Standard opens doors to diverse career paths, including roles as:
