Apprentice funding available

Did you know the Government provides a funding incentive to employers who recruit an apprentice? 

The recently announced second wave of the incentive is open until 31 January 2022 for employers who have recruited a new apprentice with a start date between 1 October 2021 to 31 January 2022.

So what do you get from this incentive? 

  • New apprentices aged 16-18 attract government support of £4,000
  • New apprentices aged 19 and over attract government support of £3,000

Industry placements and work related activity

Industry placements are a mandatory element of all courses offered at City of Bristol College. We have strong relationships with many employers in the South West, which benefits both our students and local businesses.
