We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Assistant to join our college community. Successful candidates will be committed to and passionate about delivering an effective, high quality additional learning support service. Knowledge of Additional Support services, including Education, Health and Care plans is positively received, although a commitment to personal and professional learning is most important, so do apply if you are yet to learn about this fully. You will join a committed team, who work closely with students and other college staff, to reduce barriers to learning and increase opportunities towards improved outcomes.
It is desirable that you are qualified to L3 in your general education, or working towards this. However, we welcome applications from people with experience in a variety of areas, including youth work, mental health, learning disabilities and other support roles.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.

Front Line Team Leader
You will lead a team of Admission Officers and Front-Line Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience for prospective and current students, parents, and other stakeholders. Collaboration with other college departments is essential to stay informed on course offerings, application processes, and college events to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
In partnership with the Student Services Manager and Head of Student Services, you will manage records such as applications, enrolments, and learner support fund details, ensuring data accuracy for internal and external audits. You will also stay informed of any changes in government guidance, legislation, funding, and residency rules, ensuring this information is communicated to the team.
