City of Bristol College is proud to unveil the fantastic video, shot and edited by The Cotswold Film Company, of the BASC and Highland Game colleges cookery competition final.
The competition saw budding chefs from across the country devising original canapes using venison, with the top five dishes invited to cook their dishes for an expert panel of judges at our College Green City Restaurant.
The winner, Kia Vincent, impressed the judges with her Jamaican-style venison patties and went on to cook her winning venison canapé for 250 guests and game connoisseurs at the recent Eat Game Awards.
