About our motor vehicle apprenticeships

With a motor vehicle apprenticeship you start working for an employer from day one. You’ll earn a wage while developing specialist transport skills.

We support motor vehicle and transport apprenticeships in the following areas:

  • Heavy vehicle
  • Light vehicle.

You need to find your own employer as part of your application for an apprenticeship, but we will help you with this.

Why study a motor vehicle apprenticeship?

Many of our apprentices study at college towards a recognised qualification. This means you will get a great mix of theoretical and on-the-job training.

You’ll get paid a wage and have paid holidays.

As long as you are 16 or over, have lived in the EU for three years, you are eligible to apply.
