About our education and early years apprenticeships

With an apprenticeship you start working for an employer from day one. You’ll earn a wage while developing specialist health and social care skills.

We support health and social care apprenticeships in the following areas:

  • Early Years Practitioner
  • Early Years Educator
  • Teaching Assistant

You need to find your own employer as part of your application for an apprenticeship, but we will help you with this.

Why study an education and early years apprenticeship?

Many of our apprentices study at college towards a recognised qualification. This means you will get a great mix of theoretical and on-the-job training.

You’ll get paid a wage and have paid holidays.

As long as you are 16 or over, have lived in the EU for three years, you are eligible to apply.
