We would like to thank you, as a member of our College community, for your support and understanding.
With the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus on a national and global scale, we are closely monitoring developments and our efforts are focused on health and welfare of our students and staff. Our business continuity plan aids our planning for abnormal events, such as the outbreak in major sickness, and these are being kept under close review in line with the Government advice.
The Department for Education has launched a helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and students can contact the helpline as follows:
Phone: 0800 046 8687
Opening hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
SignHealth has translated information from Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care. You can view this information on the SignHealth website.
We are keeping the college website updated in line with government advice. City of Bristol College cares about the wellbeing of staff, students and visitors. If you have any concerns or queries not addressed in the information or links provided, please get in touch.
The coronavirus outbreak is a constantly evolving situation and while we cannot predict when the outbreak will have peaked and starts to subside, we want to reassure you that we are taking sensible precautions to minimise the potential impact of coronavirus on the College, its staff, students and operations.
